We offer this 1/4" skinny elastic in a variety of pre-cut lengths and several colors.
NEW COLOR: Hyacinth
This solid colored thin flat elastic is perfect for headbands, masks or crowns, and hair ties.
NOTE: This bulk elastic comes in on large rolls and we pre-cut it and wrap it. You may find a random fuzz, burr, or split. These are totally normal for this type of elastic. We do our best to remove these but may miss them once and a while. The color elastic has a slightly different texture (feel) than the white we carry due to the dye.
