FAQ

~PROCESSING TIME~
We process your orders between 2-5 business days after your payment clears (for most items).  We ship the majority of our items in poly mailers to save you money on shipping costs.  You will receive an email with your tracking number once your order has shipped.

Please note we do not process orders or ship on weekends or holidays and these days do not count for order processing times.  

We do not currently offer RUSH shipping.


~SHIPPING TRANSIT TIMES~
We CANNOT guarantee a package will make it to you by a certain date.  We process our orders quickly but once it leaves our shop we have no control over the US Postal Service.


First class mail (now known as Ground Advantage) can take 7-10 business days, although it often arrives before this time frame you should allow at least this amount of shipping time (this does NOT include the order processing time).
It can take even longer in November & December during the holiday rush.

If you have not received your package after 14 days, please email us and we will file a tracer with the post office or if you do not wish to wait you can call USPS at 1-800-275-8777 and speak to customer service to see if they are able to assist you prior to the 14 days.  Ask them to file a tracer. You can also file this yourself at USPS.com as well as set up text and email notifications for your package.

The estimated arrival for your package the post office furnishes, is just an estimate, not a guarantee.

Please contact us via email PRIOR to ordering if you need something by a certain date.  If you leave a "need by date" note with your order it will DELAY your processing. If we feel we cannot meet your deadline we reserve the right to cancel your order.

If you need your package insured, please choose PRIORITY shipping as the post office now includes this with the priority mail.   Insurance covers packages that are lost or damaged but NOT packages that show delivered.

 


~SHIPPING ADDRESS~
Please be sure your address in paypal is correct as we cannot change your address.  We can ONLY ship to the address that comes in via paypal system.

There has been a trend for Paypal to revert to old addresses.  Please make sure your address at checkout is correct, and review your order promptly after payment.

Packages returned as undeliverable will be refunded less shipping costs.  If you wish to have your package re-shipped, you are responsible for the shipping fees to have your package sent again.

 

~SPECIAL REQUESTS~
Please contact us via EMAIL prior to ordering if you have a special request.  We ship what is shown on the listing, we cannot make changes to what is sent based on order comments.

 
~OUT OF STOCK~
If for some reason we cannot fill your order, we will issue a cancellation and refund for that item.  We do our best to have our listings current but sometimes we might not have the quantity we expected or there could be an issue with the quality (and we do our best to provide you quality craft supplies).

 

~COLOR MATCHING~

Unfortunately, colors are subjective and dye lots vary. We cannot guarantee color matches to a color you need. We also have variations in our flowers and elastic so if you are re-ordering the same item in the same color the shade can vary.
